Job Summary
Senior Project Manager will oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can manage complex projects, build client relationships, mentor project teams, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans (budgets, schedules, resource allocations), budget management (invoicing, financial reporting), leading and developing project teams (subcontractors and site personnel), conducting site visits, enforcing quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, mitigating risks, and maintaining transparent client communications across the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Demonstrated success managing projects from $10M+ in value preferred
- Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
