Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout; responsible for delivering on schedule and within budget, mentoring project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Demonstrated success managing projects from $10M+ in value
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and regulations
- Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
