Job Summary
Manage and develop a team of Project Managers while reviewing cost, work-in-progress, and initial budgets. Develop new business and collaborate to create value engineering opportunities. Cultivate and maintain owner/engineer relations. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 8 years of supervisory experience and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule for urgent matters. Includes free medical, dental, vision, and stock options.
Required Qualifications
- previous progressive construction experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule, support operational needs, and respond to urgent matters
- Willing to travel and or relocate
- Garney Agreement, authorized by the Executive Team
