Senior Project Manager

Manage multiple high-value wastewater projects across Dorset within Wessex Water's £3.7bn AMP8 framework, overseeing programme, financial position, health safety, and environmental performance. Lead staff development, recruitment, and mentoring while liaising with senior client representatives to ensure KPIs are met within budget constraints. Assume responsibility for portfolio profit/loss, produce performance reports, and establish price variations and final accounts. Develop detailed project programmes, manage procurement of plant and subcontractors, and coordinate testing, commissioning, and client training. Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and all environmental legislation through rigorous review of RAMS and process impact assessments.
