Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leading customer-facing projects within Effectual Professional Services, delivering in-scope, on-time, and on-budget outcomes while ensuring a positive experience for the delivery team. You will manage project portfolios, budgets, client relationships, and provide leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, applying Lean/Agile methodologies and driving organizational transformation. Responsibilities include risk management, change management, strategic advisory, and ensuring measurable business improvements for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or similar field
- 7+ years experience as a Project Manager or similar role within a Professional Services, strategic consulting, or operation management organization
- 3 - 5 years experience working with AWS Cloud
- PMI Certifications (e.g. PMP)
- Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Executive-level leadership experience with P&L accountability
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder change initiatives
- Background in strategic consulting or business advisory services
- Process optimization and operational excellence
