Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for high-value clients, overseeing timelines, scope, and multiple cross-functional workstreams including CRM, Data, and Marketing. Serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, driving alignment, managing portfolio-level risk, and resolving blockers before they impact project delivery. Guide clients through transitions to new tools and workflows while translating business needs into clear implementation requirements and recommendations. Create accurate client-facing and leadership reporting to communicate progress, milestones, and readiness, ensuring governance materials are consistent and decision-useful. Anticipate risks, maintain detailed records of issues and dependencies, and escalate thoughtfully with viable options and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in Project Management, Client Onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementations
- Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream client implementations or enterprise-level onboarding projects
- Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Teams)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on project management expertise
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Proactive risk mitigator and solution-oriented communicator
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Adaptable to evolving priorities and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
- Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
