Job Summary

Manage internal and external customer interfaces for large, complex Excellerate product orders, overseeing staff to ensure other project managers perform tasks effectively. Plan and manage multi-site orders to ensure completion profitably, timely, and according to customer expectations while maintaining compliance with company policies. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Team and vendors for material accuracy, review quotations and sales orders, and prepare manufacturing metrics for stakeholders. Act as a coach and developer of managerial talent by evaluating candidates, assigning leadership roles, and holding direct reports accountable for performance and decision-making under pressure. Visit job sites to support crew progress and safe behavior, fostering cross-functional collaborations to accelerate work processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training
1 year of electrical estimating experience
5 years of experience in the electrical trade and 1 year of electrical estimating experience
15-20% travel
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to travel
Proficient in the use of a PC
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
