Senior Project Manager

Manage internal and external customer interfaces for large, complex Excellerate product orders, overseeing staff to ensure other project managers perform effectively. Plan and manage multi-site orders to complete them profitably, in a timely manner, and according to customer expectations while maintaining compliance with company policies. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Team and vendors for effective material coordination, review quotations and sales orders for accuracy, and prepare order status and manufacturing metrics for stakeholders. Identify and generate new business, network to establish customer relationships, and visit job sites to interact with crews and customers, ensuring proper progress and safe behavior. Coach and develop managerial talent by selecting, training, and evaluating candidates for leadership roles, assigning team assignments, and holding direct reports accountable for their work.
