Job Summary
Manage large, multi-site Excellerate orders from start to finish, ensuring profitable and timely completion while overseeing staff performance and fostering constructive employee relations. Coordinate with supply chain teams and vendors for material alignment, review quotations for accuracy, and process miscellaneous paperwork to support manufacturing metrics. Act as a coach and developer for managerial talent by assigning leadership roles, evaluating competencies, and providing clear feedback to drive accountability and synergy within the team. Visit job sites to monitor progress, interact with crews, and maintain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training
- 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- 5 years of experience in the electrical trade and 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to travel
- Proficiency in the use of a PC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
