Senior Project Manager

Manage internal and external customer interfaces for large, complex Excellerate product orders, overseeing staff to ensure project managers perform tasks profitably, timely, and according to expectations. Plan and manage multi-site orders while coordinating with the Supply Chain Team and vendors for effective material flow. Identify new business opportunities, network to establish customer relationships, and review quotations to ensure accuracy. Prepare order status and manufacturing metrics for stakeholders, visit job sites to monitor progress and safety, and coach direct reports on leadership competencies. Evaluate candidates for managerial roles, assign leadership tasks, and hold managers accountable for performance. Process miscellaneous paperwork and foster cross-functional collaboration to accelerate work processes. Work flexible hours Monday through Friday with 15-20% travel, reporting to a team within the construction and renewable energy sector.
