Job Summary
Lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies. Serve as a trusted resource for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders while providing mentorship to Project Managers, coordinators, and field teams. Drive schedule adherence, resolve critical challenges, and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction remain top priorities. Support business development efforts to contribute to long-term company growth. This role requires 10+ years of construction project management experience, including 5+ years managing complex commercial, industrial, or design-build projects. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- 5+ years managing large commercial, industrial, municipal, healthcare, education, or design-build projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls
- Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong financial and operational management experience
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
