Job Summary
Manage electrical service, startup, commissioning, modernization, and retrofit projects from quote handoff through completion, partnering with Sales, Engineering, and customers to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery. Define scope, identify risks, and coordinate legacy equipment integration, including switchgear, ATS, MCC, UPS, and SCADA interfaces. Track job costs, forecast margins, and submit percentage-of-completion billings while maintaining safety plans and as-built documentation. Lead field installation, testing, and vendor coordination with 40–60% travel to sites. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolving technical issues and driving project acceptance.
Required Qualifications
