Senior Project Manager

Outline work plans, assign duties, and direct project personnel to ensure progress within schedule and budget. Review status reports, modify schedules as needed, and prepare reports for management and clients. Coordinate activities with government agencies, negotiate extras, and manage subcontractor contracts and invoices. Chair post-award meetings, resolve disputes, and attend jobsite inspections. Monitor man-hour forecasts, approve close-outs, and generate monthly billing data. Requires 5+ years in commercial roofing, blueprint interpretation, and multi-project management.
