Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive the implementation of fixed video deployment projects within a large multi-year program for Motorola Solutions. Leads a team of project managers, manages full lifecycle of video surveillance deployments, develops detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinates IT/facilities/procurement and security integration, negotiates contracts with vendors, tracks risks and delivers regular status updates to leadership and clients, ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards, and travels domestically to client sites and project offices as required. Requires 6+ years in project/program management, a related Associate degree or higher, ability to work in the U.S., and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be able to work remotely within the US and travel >50% to customer locations, vendor offices, and project sites. Preferred: PMP/CAPM, familiarity with Public Safety IT networks, fixed video surveillance, and related tools; US citizenship with ability to pass background checks and obtain security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Associates Degree in Business, IT, Management, Project Management, or Program Management in a Leadership or Supervisory role
- 6+ years of experience in a Project Management or Program Management environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
