Job Summary

Senior Project Manager to support the development and commercial leadership for a late-stage, high-priority program in oncology/radiopharmaceuticals. Responsible for end-to-end management of a product development plan, including activity planning, budgets, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone reporting. Lead cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization, engage senior leadership to define project strategies, maintain project schedules and dashboards (SmartSheet), manage risks and cost changes, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Act as the internal contact for projects, drive communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, coach PMO team members, and independently manage complex, late-stage programs through November 2026 (fixed-term). The role emphasizes collaboration with departments to ensure reporting is met, and requires strong cross-functional coordination, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in delivering measurable results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or life sciences
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • 6+ years in pharmaceutical/drug development/biotechnology industry
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in key drug development functions (clinical operations, manufacturing development, regulatory affairs, or non-clinical development)

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification strongly preferred

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • experience leading programs in Ph1-Ph3 readiness and execution
