Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources. Lead project teams to execute tasks on time, within budget, and to quality standards while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Manage stakeholder relationships across core and extended teams, reporting progress and issues to senior management. Optimize personnel, equipment, and materials usage, document scope changes, and ensure efficient project closure. Requires 51 years of project management experience with a proven track record in finance systems and insurance sectors. Hybrid schedule of three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Hybrid role 3 days a week in office
- 510 years of project management experience
- Proven track record managing finance system projects (5+ full project lifecycles, ideally in MNCs)
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Skilled in using project management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams toward project goals
- Excellent time management to meet deadlines effectively
- Problem-solving skills for identifying issues, proposing solutions, and making informed decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, independent approach
Desired Qualifications
