Job Summary
Develop, launch, and manage original events from A to Z, defining strategies to scale experiences across markets. Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key events while analyzing business opportunities to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize ticket sales, revenue growth, and partner network expansion. Represent Fever at local events, communicate product needs to HQ, and share best practices to scale in new cities. Work Monday through Thursday in-office with Friday remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a project management role or consulting background
- Fluent Spanish + English
- Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Solution-focused mindset identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Highly organized and efficient
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
- Great networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
- Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- Ability to think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or with proprietary data
- Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
- Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
- Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays
