Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager at FCL Builders, you will lead high-impact industrial and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes; overseeing project delivery from preconstruction through closeout; reviewing contracts and documentation; facilitating site meetings; monitoring budgets and cash flow; and building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors. To succeed in this role, you must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with substantial experience managing construction projects and a strong grasp of related regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 5+ years managing industrial/commercial construction projects ($5M–$30M+)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, CMiC, Bluebeam)
- Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving
