Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and financial management of premium experiential programs for a luxury automotive client. Responsibilities include owning program financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, reconciliations, invoicing, staffing allocations, hours management), coordinating with internal leadership and client stakeholders for alignment and efficiency, managing timelines and production schedules, monitoring profitability and identifying cost savings, leading planning and execution of premium events and client activations, acting as liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, developing innovative experiential concepts, collaborating with account teams to deliver programs aligned with brand standards, providing onsite leadership for events and ride-and-drive experiences, and managing vendor relationships and production coordination. Qualifications emphasize experience in experiential marketing or luxury client programs, strong financial acumen, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, ability to manage multiple complex projects, executive-facing communication, cross-functional leadership, and willingness to travel for onsite execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, project management, or luxury client programs
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets, forecasting, and reconciliations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial reporting and client-facing presentations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with executive leadership and client stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors
- Background in automotive, luxury, hospitality, or premium experiential environments preferred
- Willingness to travel and support onsite execution as needed
