Senior Project Manager

Supervise and coordinate multiple projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications while representing Executive Construction on project teams. Lead preconstruction phases, manage schedules, and prepare conceptual estimates, quantity takeoffs, and detailed bid spreadsheets. Conduct site visits, review subcontractor bids, and manage proposal processes from contract execution through close-out. Prepare purchase orders, confirm insurance, and negotiate change orders while supporting superintendents on safety and quality control. Manage project payment schedules, financial reports, and cash flow. Mentor Assistant and Project Managers on company procedures and protocols.
