Job Summary
Senior Project Manager accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex, technical, strategic and creative projects within brand teams, including development of timelines, budgets, risk registers, change logs, and forecasting. Leads kickoff and status meetings, writing actionable meeting recaps, and mentoring PMs/PCs. Partners with AD, GPD, Finance, Account Services and vendors to develop SOWs, Gantt charts, and financial plans; manages resource plans, billing, and program burn analyses; ensures project artifacts are stored in enterprise systems; ensures adherence to PMO standards and delivery processes; supports escalation and stakeholder communication; travels less than 10% and works a 40-hour week. Senior-level role demanding expert project management skills across complex projects and multiple brands, with client-facing experience and ability to influence decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Three to five years of experience in a PMO role
- Experience delivering complex technology, strategy and creative projects
- Experience with Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project
- Ability to develop and adapt project plans and forecasts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing communication
- Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes
- Pharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred (AOR or DAOR)
