Job Summary
Senior Project Manager at JLL leading complex real estate and construction initiatives from initiation to completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations; requires extensive project-management experience across diverse real estate/construction projects, strong leadership, client service orientation, proficiency with CAD/Visio/Project, and familiarity with cost/schedule benchmarks and change management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in real estate and construction program/process management
- 7+ years of experience developing project charters (scope, schedules, budgets, business justifications, and risk assessments)
- 5+ years of experience in real estate and construction finance principles
- Proficiency in reading CAD, Visio, and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-engagement skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Project) and benchmarking tools
- PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma, LEED, AVIXA certifications are a plus
