Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end design, development, and construction projects across multiple locations (remote-enabled with local office geography) in Financial Services Retail Banking projects, including ground-up and interior retrofit work. Responsibilities include managing multi-project portfolios, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and client teams; maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk and status reports; ensuring documentation and compliance through all phases; and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to meet client goals in security, ADA, signage, decommission, ATM, and major renovations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of PM experience with design/construction, plus strong communication, planning, and leadership capabilities. Travel up to 20% and remote-work flexibility within account geography; visa sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is preferred
- Experience with ground-up construction required
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations is required
- Experience with Financial Services is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% within region
