Job Summary
Senior ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP delivery using Agile practices, coordinating cross-functional and technical teams through design, build, testing, data migration, deployment, and change management; accountable for risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder communication, and executive-level updates. Requires 10+ years of project management, ERP experience, and strong Agile capabilities; Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. Hybrid or onsite work in Saint John, NB. Desirable: client-based consulting experience and PMP/PROSCI certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related technical area
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience implementing or enhancing ERP systems
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant industry certifications are an asset (PMP, PROSCI)
