Job Summary
Senior Project Manager (EPMO) accountable for leading projects from initiation through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, and guiding client onboarding implementations in financial services/retirement software. Responsibilities include defining plan scope, scheduling, risk management, documentation (requirements, integration specs, setup processes), stakeholder communication, and process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with AI-enabled workflows, vendor collaboration, and remote work; travel is 0-5%. Based in Pittsburgh or Charlotte with hybrid work, requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years PM experience; PMP/CAPM is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in project management, client implementation, or related fields.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
