Senior Project Manager, ePMO

Job Summary
Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects across IT and non-IT domains from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. Develop and implement project strategies to support business continuity while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and mitigation plans. Coordinate project activities, establish KPIs, and facilitate regular updates for senior leadership. Develop and lead a team of Project Managers, allocating resources based on skills and needs, while championing best practices and methodologies for project delivery. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to Project Managers and Coordinators on project management best practices. Partner with senior leadership to align the ePMO portfolio with organizational strategy, contributing to annual planning and resource forecasting. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ePMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of people management experience REQUIRED
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within an enterprise or professional services environment
- Experience managing both IT and non-IT projects across a variety of business functions
- Superior organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adapt to shifting priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent strongly preferred
