Job Summary
Senior Project Manager in our EPC division responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium BESS, substation, wind, distributed generation projects or one very large utility-scale solar project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers and assistant project managers, maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, obtain permits and ensure compliance with codes, manage scopes from civil to SCADA, coordinate with design partners, and drive project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities include managing relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; identifying value-engineering opportunities; coordinating with AHJs and landowners; overseeing design, procurement, and construction sequencing; ensuring QA/QC, safety, and regulatory adherence (NERC/FERC); monitoring budgets and changes; preparing progress reports; mentoring the PM team; and fostering continuous improvement. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of PM experience in EPC or related fields, proficiency with Primavera P6/MS Project, strong communication and leadership skills, travel up to 100% to remote sites, and ESOP/employee-benefits program involvement.
