Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead the Due Diligence practice for ESAs (Phase 1 and Phase 2), PCAs, and subsurface investigations; drive business development for Phase 1/2 ESAs, PCAs, and subsurface investigation services; coordinate and oversee field inspections, reporting, and technical inspections; interview and recommend new hires and independent contractors; learn Salesforce to prepare and submit proposals; follow up with potential clients for scope reviews and feedback to win business; coordinate with internal teams for Red Tape Due Diligence services; provide high-level client service and actively network with decision-makers in development, banking, and AEC industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Environmental Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of environmental consulting experience or PCA experience
- Phase 1 & 2 experience, Subsurface investigation experience, Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in training (EIT) preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Physical ability to comfortably walk around active job sites in an efficient manner
- Proficient using a Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat)
