Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams focused on data, technology, and business transformation for the Reserve Bank of Australia. Drive governance, schedules, and resource plans; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage risks, issues, and dependencies; engage senior stakeholders; oversee vendor relationships; and enable value realization and adoption of new capabilities. Fixed-term contract to August 2027 with potential extension, requiring 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation and a strong background in data analytics or AI-enabled initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) preferred
- 10+ years experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Ability to lead multi-stream delivery across data, technology, and business transformation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities
- Experience managing vendors and delivery partners
- Familiarity with PMO/EPMO delivery environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments
