Job Summary

Lead, design, and implement complex cross-functional projects and programs within Enterprise Ethics & Compliance, establishing timelines, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress and risks. Coordinate stakeholders across multiple divisions, socialize go-forward plans for alignment, and prepare senior-level presentations and data-driven recommendations for executive leadership. Manage project governance including stage-gating, dependency mapping, and RAID management while resolving risks and dependencies to ensure timely issue escalation and resolution. Drive operational excellence by analyzing performance outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and delivering high-quality solutions within aggressive timeframes. This role serves as a central point of coordination across Privacy, Special Investigations, and business partners, ensuring priorities remain visible and risks are escalated appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related project management professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver customer expectations
  • Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to independently define problems, analyze data, and develop strategies
  • Experience leading teams and making autonomous decisions
  • High school diploma or equivalent and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in healthcare, compliance, risk, ethics, privacy, audit, or other regulated environments
  • Proven ability to manage projects from planning through implementation while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong skills in project planning, reporting, KPI development, dashboard creation, and executive communications
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving accountability without direct authority
  • Experience identifying risks, escalating issues, and implementing effective solutions
  • Background in process improvement or health behavior change
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
  • PMP certification
  • Workday, Visio, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, or Power Apps experience
