Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Applications & Systems lead design-to-implementation for enterprise applications on a brownfield expansion project, coordinating across Operations, Engineering, IT, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery within budget. Responsible for creating and maintaining an integrated implementation plan, driving requirements gathering with business SMEs, developing functional design, coordinating testing (unit to end-to-end), managing vendor relationships, and ensuring Day 1 readiness. Oversees governance and progress tracking across multiple workstreams, ensures documentation of processes and architecture, and communicates status to stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business/IT/engineering and 7+ years of PM experience in large-scale systems implementations, familiarity with ERP design and ISA95, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics D365, MS Office tools, and data visualization platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or engineering
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering systems implementations (large scale ERP implementations preferred)
- Experience with ERP design, end-to-end business process mapping and design, ISA95 integration best practices; experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) preferred
- Leadership of augmented teams made up of internal staff, consulting partners and service providers
- Effective reporting communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
