Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will oversee engineering, procurement, and construction projects within the renewable and traditional energy sectors, promoting a culture of safety and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include project execution planning, team mentorship, risk reviews, and communication between stakeholders, ensuring all projects meet quality and budget standards. Candidates must have substantial experience in project management and a relevant engineering degree.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management-related experience in Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, Mining, or Manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in project management/scheduling software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations clearly.
- Valid driver’s license for state of residence.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager leading Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) projects valued at $10MM to $50MM.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Professional Engineer’s license
Additional Requirements
- This position is eligible for remote work but preference is given to individuals within driving distance to Central Oregon or the greater Denver area.
