Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads key industrial construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing design, resources, timelines, costs, and scope; directs high-profile meetings, manages complex stakeholder interactions, develops strategic plans, ensures accurate documentation, manages large budgets and subcontractors, negotiates major contracts, and mentors project staff. Requires extensive industrial construction experience, a degree in construction management or related field, and proficiency with industry tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project). On-site role based in Fargo, ND with full-time, exempt status. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, risk and cost mitigation expertise, and the ability to manage multiple large projects autonomously while delivering quality and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
- 10+ years of industrial construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction logistics, plan and shop drawing coordination, and scope management
- Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with estimating, budgeting, and pre-planning aspects of projects
- Ability to mentor and lead project teams and partners
- Excellent client and subcontractor negotiation and communication skills
