Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Drive overall project flow from inception to completion by overseeing organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Coordinate field teams, manage resources to ensure work stays within budget and ahead of schedule, and resolve construction problems through direct communication with owners, contractors, and design professionals. Maintain full financial responsibility for projects by preparing budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking data while supporting monthly billings and collections. Select subcontractors and equipment suppliers, verify correct drawings, and ensure all document control—including permits, submittals, and RFIs—is completed efficiently. Attend walk-throughs, host internal and external meetings to review job progress, and escalate critical issues to division management with resolution recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry
- A bachelor's degree with an engineering or construction management focus
- Master's degree in related field
- Working knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation
- Working knowledge of Federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical, technical, or construction programs
- Familiarity with project management/document control software
- Familiarity with construction/financial software packages
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to manage and supervise personnel
- Ability to build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees, management, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to navigate around job site locations
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field is a plus
