Job Summary
Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout, overseeing teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment. Manage subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations, monitor progress to maintain schedule and budget targets, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Prepare financial reports and risk assessments for leadership and stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks. This role supports ground-up multifamily developments and mixed-use construction within the Columbus, OH market.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- significant experience in multifamily residential projects
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $30M+
- Strong knowledge of construction methods
- Strong knowledge of scheduling
- Strong knowledge of cost control
- Exceptional leadership skills
