Senior Project Manager

Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings. Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports to maintain positive cash flow while leading internal and external meetings to support team development. Submit project reports to the Area Manager and escalate risks to management. Meet with Owners and Architects to communicate the company's best interests and concerns.
