Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent. Prepare regular billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties, communicate effectively with Owners and Architects about project concerns and company interests, monitor and forecast cost reports, and escalate risks as needed. Mentoring and delegating to a large team and developing strong client relations are essential. Requires 12+ years in ICI construction with at least 7 years in a Project Manager role; experience with structural piling or concrete work is an asset. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in ICI constructions
- Minimum of 7 years in a Project Manager position
- Experience with structural piling or concrete work is an asset

- Ability to monitor, interpret and forecast project cost reports and maintain cash flow
- Proven experience leading project meetings and communicating with Owners and Architects

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
