Job Summary
Senior Project Manager at EllisDon responsible for end-to-end construction management from pre-construction to completion for residential and IC&I projects. Lead budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and subcontractor management; prepare timely billings and ensure cash flow; meet with Owners and Architects to represent the company’s interests; monitor cost reports and forecast project finances; lead project meetings; escalate risks to management; oversee a team and cultivate career development; maintain strong client relationships and deliver value through effective project governance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Residential and IC&I construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of construction scopes, project scheduling, project management practices, and contract management software
- Proven ability to mentor and delegate to a large team while maintaining strong client relationships
