Job Summary
Lead Capital Expenditure planning and project execution for the Mobility Division's labs supporting automotive and battery markets. Prepare sophisticated analyses, data-based recommendations, and presentations for divisional leadership while negotiating with outside vendors and obtaining contractor bids. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are delivered on quality, time, and budget. Track project updates and present progress to business unit leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred, three years of PMO or project management experience, and expertise in MS Project, Power BI, and Excel. Reports to the VP of the Mobility division.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or a similar field
- A minimum of 3 year's experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
- Experience working with contractors on commercial projects
- Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
- Great computer skills and knowledge of PMO software tools, such as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Power BI, MS Project and MS Access
- Strong program coordination and administration abilities
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
