Job Summary
Senior Project Manager in Limassol leads software/IT implementation projects, creating project plans, scope plans, and timelines; manages project communications including reporting; identifies and manages potential risks; collaborates with stakeholders to achieve goals; resolves project issues; gathers and documents business requirements and provides solutions; prepares pre-project documentation and creates/test plans; supports PMO standards and enhances project templates; serves as a reference point for other departments; requires strong PMI/Agile knowledge and leadership, with excellent communication and negotiation skills; English fluency required and Arabic is a plus; hybrid work policy with international collaboration and a range of office perks.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Software or IT implementation
- Experience in managing projects that require app development
- Experience in using Atlassian products (JIRA) and (Confluence) is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification is a plus
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is a plus
- Business Analysis experience is a plus
- English fluency is a must
- Arabic speaker is a plus
