Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closing, supervising resources to deliver value while ensuring safety compliance, schedule adherence, and budget constraints. Manage installation strategies and subcontractor/vendor performance to execute industry best practices within a holistic risk and safety management program. Align business objectives with corporate operational processes to drive timely project delivery that exceeds quality expectations. This role requires overnight travel and involves work in both office and construction environments, including lifting up to 40 pounds and operating equipment like scissor lifts. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- BS in Project Management or Construction Management
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects
- Experienced in the management of multiple contractual types and vehicles-lump sum, cost plus/GMP, unit price, design-build/design-assist, time, and material
- Ability to identify change events and implement change management best practices
- Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards
- Overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closing
- Supervising and directing project resources
- Strategic alignment and execution of corporate operational processes
- Following safe work practices
- Adhering to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures
- Promoting and fostering a culture of employee empowerment
- Proactively preventing hazards in the workplace
- Managing assigned projects in accordance with a schedule

- Managing installation strategies
- Travel as required by E2 Optics
- Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds
- Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
- Regularly carrying and climbing ladders to 20 feet
- Operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required
- Working in tight and confined spaces

- BICSI RTPM
