Job Summary
Senior Project Manager (Drainage) to lead capital drainage and infrastructure projects in Dublin. Responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget, directing design development across the project lifecycle, managing stakeholder coordination with internal/external parties, procuring and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Water and Wastewater Process Engineers, Environmental Specialists, Archaeologists, Quantity Surveyors), overseeing estimating, approvals, procurement, governance, and payment processes, developing and tracking project delivery plans, cash flow forecasts, earned value metrics, and overall performance, and supervising construction contractors ensuring regulatory, quality, and health and safety standards. Requires extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure, drainage, and utility projects, with proven ability to lead programs through complex environments and to influence cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience leading the delivery of major infrastructure and capital investment programmes
- extensive knowledge of project and contract management in large-scale civil engineering, drainage, and utility projects
- experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and leading multidisciplinary teams
- strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- ability to deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
