Job Summary
Oversee the entire project life cycle for business application implementation projects, ranging from small to large in scale. Manage concurrent Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Power Platform/CRM, and custom IP solution implementations from initiation through deployment. Build relationships with key client stakeholders as the primary contact, leading kick-off meetings, conducting gap analysis, and ensuring client expectations are met. Plan projects within time, cost, and quality constraints while providing leadership to project teams. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide status reporting across leadership and client groups. Ensure Arctic IT's Project Implementation Methodology is employed and advocate for best practices. Perform project acceptance, closeout procedures, and satisfaction surveys. Participate in resource planning and project billing reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years in applied experience with complex project management preferably in ERP or CRM implementations
- Proven capability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility and confidence
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Applicants subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements related to the clearance process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
