Senior Project Manager

Facilitate communication and manage stakeholders including facility staff, contractors, design professionals, and regulatory agencies. Prepare written reports, presentations, and meeting minutes regarding project status, risks, schedule, and budget. Support projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases. Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and pay applications. Manage field activities to ensure work meets project requirements, schedule, and quality expectations. Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall performance. Coordinate with teams to resolve constructability, schedule, cost, and operational issues. Maintain project reporting, logs, and document controls while monitoring project risks and potential impacts. This role supports one of the largest healthcare programs in the country within Sacramento, CA.
