Job Summary
Orchestrate large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns spanning social, paid media, digital builds, and creative production while managing multiple parallel workstreams. Translate client business goals into project requirements, lead strategic meetings, and act as a trusted partner to guide complex decisions. Mentor mid-level and junior staff to foster collaboration across creative, strategy, and technology functions. Oversee budget estimation, resource allocation, and forecasting to ensure profitability and deliver cost-efficient, high-impact work. Make pivotal decisions on project strategies and timelines, balancing competing priorities across service types. Deliver projects consistently on time with measurable ROI, reinforcing trust and reliability with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of project management in an ad agency environment
- Heavy focus on 360 integrated campaigns
- Experience allocating resources to 360 campaigns
- Experience burning budgets
- Experience estimating projects
- Experience managing campaigns that span multiple service types

- Deep Familiarity with creative production workflows
