Job Summary
Manage all aspects of day-to-day transaction processes for renewable asset development projects in North Dakota and South Dakota, leading cross-functional teams from origination through commercial agreements. Coordinate due diligence, financial feasibility analyses, engineering design, legal reviews, and permitting activities while negotiating contracts with consultants and subcontractors. Act as liaison between internal groups and external specialists for procurement, contracting, and interconnection, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. Present project updates to leadership and foster external relationships with customers and the community. Requires 5+ years of experience and ~50% travel; based in Juno Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad/GED
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years
- Must be able to travel ~50%

- Experience developing renewable asset business opportunities
- Experience leading projects that require land acquisition, permitting, zoning, environmental studies, and interconnection evaluations
- Experience with project valuations, commercial agreements, and tax abatements
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with implementing project management principles and process design
- Experience & proficiency with corporate finance principles
- Experience & proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Comfortability in community engagement
- Candidates with prior energy experience
