Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager, Design & Construction (Airport Infrastructure) oversees all new developments, redevelopments, renovation projects, tenant improvements, and capEx projects for Realterm’s Airport Infrastructure Fund. This role requires leadership in project planning, budgeting, and execution while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance, quality assurance, and effective risk management. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proven ability to manage budgets and third-party resources. A Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of project management experience, especially in aviation, is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, engineering, real estate, or business
- 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in construction and project management, preferably in the aviation or industrial sectors
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., Suretrak/P6, Procore, MS Project, CAD, Bluebeam)
- Self-motivated, strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
