Job Summary
Lead and manage the design process across building and property projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality, timely outputs. Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with local authority requirements such as ADM and ADWEA. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes while facilitating stakeholder engagement with clients, contractors, and government entities. Support pre-contract and post-contract phases, including technical evaluations and tender documentation. Join the Abu Dhabi team three days per week to contribute to globally significant projects influencing the next generation of AI and hyperscale data centre design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design management for buildings and property developments, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Proven track record in managing design for high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, or institutional buildings
- Strong understanding of local authority processes and permitting requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent
