Senior Project Manager, Design Build

Job Summary
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and quality programs to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Lead project meetings with stakeholders, manage procurement negotiations, and identify risks to meet financial and schedule targets. Provide strong leadership to the construction team, mentoring junior managers while maintaining accurate forecasts and billings. This role requires a combination of field and office work and involves on-site travel. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of related work experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with design-build project delivery
- Successful completion of drug & alcohol test
- Completed post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering or related discipline
- Must have and maintain a valid provincial driver's license
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, costs, budgets and current construction practices and methodology
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with P3 (Public-Private Partnership) or defence sector projects
- PMP or Gold Seal certification
