Job Summary
Manage customer forecasts and optimize them by consolidating monthly sales forecasts in collaboration with sales. Proactively identify demand opportunities and risks through deviation and trend analyses, deriving actionable recommendations for sales, planning, and operations. Drive forecast accuracy via driver-based analyses and lead demand reviews, actively shaping the S&OP process as the key interface between sales and supply chain. Ensure decision transparency while developing Excel and Access tools to automate planning and reporting processes. This Senior Project Manager role supports Catalent's mission to accelerate development programs and launch over 100 new products annually. You will serve as a central link between sales, supply planning, operations, and finance to synchronize demand and capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, des Supply Chain Managements oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Demand Planning und Forecasting
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in Excel
- Erfahrung im S&OP-Prozess sowie im bereichsübergreifenden Schnittstellenmanagement
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
- Pioniergeist, hohe Eigeninitiative, Energie sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrungen mit Access und VBA sind von Vorteil
- Eine APICS-Zertifizierung, beispielsweise CPIM, ist von Vorteil
- idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
